Early Morning Rehab

The Drill:

Mosey up East Blvd to find some green space for COP. 20 SSH, 15 squats and 15 merkins. Mosey down Garden Terrace to Loop road to get to the Rehab Facility. Started with sevens: 1 burpee in front of the RF, lunge walk around the circle, run up to the top of Loop road for 6 jump squats & repeat. Mary for the 6 and for everyone to catch their breath.

Back up Loop road down and up east so the Pax can grab some wall. 3 sets of dips, derkins and step ups. Found some stairs nearby for partner wheelbarrow. Started back home with 5 hand release merkins at every side street. We got back a little early so had to finish with 10 burpees and some mary.

Moleskin:

Plenty of mumble chatter today as the humidity was not forgiving. Strong showing by the Bandit group today, per usual. Some complaints about starting out with too fast of a mosey to get to the COP and the rehab facility. Sevens at 5:30 in the morning are a great way to start the day.

Plenty of negative feedback about the partner wheelbarrow. I think the best part of that exercise is the bonding that two men can have over how useless they think PW is. Also introduced a new exercise to mixed reviews: one leg heel(s) to heaven. If done right you can feel it, but it does not look pretty.

Thanks to the PAX for the support in my third attempt at the Q. It is getting easier and better. Thanks to Redd Foxx for the chance to lead.
