Field Day

It was more like a spring day than the last day of August as 9 PAX took on the challenge of trying to earn their letter jacket.

Right off the line out of the Mint parking lot up Randolph to the lower field lot at the Little League fields for a COP of IW; Copperhead Squats; Windmills; and Merkins. Next up the hill for the main field day.

On the soccer field for a full battery of field work.  Starting at one end run to the other end stopping for 20 reps of the called exercise at 1/4; 1/2; 3/4 and the end of the field.  Exercises were as follows:

Merkins; Burpees; Heels to Heaven; Standing Lunges; Knee-Ups(Jumping) with a set of Elevens of Dips and Derkins in between at the new end wall the county tax payers were kind enough to build so we didn’t have to find the picnic tables.

Then a suicide running forward halfway, backwards halfway, forward full field, backwards full field. Run back down to the lower field parking lot for some Mary of R/L Oblique Crunch, Dolly, Rosalita.

Then back to the Mint for COT.
