What we did..
- Mosey to the rec center for COP. Swings, merkins, high-pull, push press, dead lift, lawnmower pulls. All x 20 or something.
- Partner up. A runs to Euclid and back (.25 mile round trip), B does 10 dead lifts, 10 each clean, 10 ea lawnmower pulls. 4 rounds.
- Same COP as before.
- Mosey up to the corner. 3 rounds of 4 corners with the following… Corner 1 = 10 burpees, 2 = 10 partner derkins, 3 = 20 partner sit-ups, corner 4 = 10 each arm snatch.
- 4+ respects. Old Man workout.
- Hillary = shirt off and my partner. I couldn’t be happier.
- Nancy Drew and Narc crushed it.
- Grapevine = boner. If you were there, then you know.
- Freakin’ sweaty out there today. Cool reprieve is over.
- Pray for the flood victims.
