SInce I’ve started working out with F3 ive noticed that the year revolves around this BRR thing and the workouts and mumble chatter can be split up into two vastly different “seasons”. Before-BRR and After-BRR. I’m looking forward to the ABRR era of 2017.
As this was the last BBRR BlackWidow workout of 2017 my goal was an upper body smokefest as I knew our pax upperbody strength has been wilting away over the past 6 months BBRR, and so it began…
What we did:
Run to the Day Care Lot warmups:
25 SSH, 20 MC, 10 HRMerk
Run to the Hot Box
11s Hand Release Merkins and Pullups
Partner up and grab one big and two small coupons
Line up facing each other
Curls X 20
Swings X 20
Lat Pulls Right Arm X 10 (this needs a name)
Curls X 20
Swings X 15
Lat Pulls Left Arm X 10 (still needs a name)
Partner 1 grabs some big block on your 6 and partner two grabs some feet
Block sit-ups X 20
Back in line up
Partner one Derkins with feet on big block X 10 count
Partner 2 Merkins with hands on small blocks X 10 count
PLANKFEST with 10 secs lead by Pitino, Snowden, Chowda, and BigWorm
REPEAT to Derkin/Merkins
Back up to the 4MM Lumen lightpole for Mary (Sauerkraut not present to heckle)

The First Frog:

This was a ball buster and I’ll look forward to doing it again…Bastion and Fortress take note, great way to start the morning #paindrain
I will admit that as the Q I was disappointed in my form on the last few sets of pullups and noticed much of the pax in the same boat with most jerking up to the hot box clearance bar to failure. It was good….and there was no chatter to be heard.
This was the savory frog, the long, slow, couple of glasses of wine frog, it was the Osso Bucco of frogs of the morning having been marinated for days and plated to perfection. It was the coupon fest under the blazing lights of the back lot…and there was no chatter.
On the way back to the AO I noticed the chatter picking back up which gave me confidence in the pax ability to forgive the Q and appreciate the smokefest that was Black Widow.
