Running at Core – no. Moseying – unlimited.

Didn’t exactly map it out ahead of time but halfway in YHC realized we were covering some miles – short segments but they added up to over 2 miles.  So much for the idea that there is no running at Core.

Anyway, we also managed to work in a few core exercises in between the short jaunts.

Mosey to the best grass in F3 land for warmup: the usual SSH, IW, and MC. Head south on the greenway, under Pearl, then turn left up the steps.  Gather all then run to Will Call, 10 one-leg dips each leg then run back.  SSH x 10

Run to Will Call. Plankorama.

Run to fountain, 10 Tysons, run back. SSH x 10.

Run to fountain. Plankorama.

10 derkins at fountain, down steps, 10 sit ups, back up top.  Three rounds. SSH x 15 to gather pax.

Run to the Temple.  10 incline rows on chain fence, run back.  SSH x 10.

Run to Temple, plankorama.

Run to small fountain, 10 double wide merkins, run back.  SSH x 10.

Run to small fountain, plankorama.

Run to clock tower, 10 step ups each leg, run back. SSH x 10.

Run to Temple, 10 incline rows, run back.  SSH x 10.

Run to Temple, plankorama.

Run to fountain, 10 Tysons, run back.  SSH x 20.

Run to fountain, plankorama.

Run to Will Call, 10 one-leg dips each leg, run back.  SSH x 15.

Run back to steps, 20 squats.

Run back to park steps, bear crawl up.  Done.

Another great morning at Core.  Lots of mumblechatter, a fair amount of unfavorable jabs directed at the Q, way too much passed gas, all around great effort by the pax and a good time had by all.
