12 men posted to that other Monday workout.  This is more or less what we did:

To DES playground for 10 pullups/20 dips X 3.

Myrtle to Morehead stopping for 5 diamond merkins at every cross street.

Grab some bench/fountain: 20 derkins/20 dips, 15 derkins/15 dips, 10 derkins/10 dips.

Morehead to Caldwell to Templeton with increasing MegaBurpees at every cross street.

To Dowd parking deck, stairs to the top for Mary.

Down the opposite stairs and into the main entrance.  To the top of the deck, backwards run the ramps & 10 wide arms at the top of every ramp.  Mary to collect the six.

Down the stairs & back to the main entrance.  To the top of the deck, backwards run the ramps & 10 wide arms at the top of every ramp.  Mary to collect the six.

Down the stairs, back up the stairs, across the deck & down the opposite stairs.

Mosey back towards AO, stopping for 50 lbc’s OYO then AYG up the hill on Euclid to DES & then to the cement balls by the main entrance.  20 derkins/20 dips, 15 derkins/15 dips, 10 derkins/10 dips.

Back to the playground: 10 pullups/10 squats, repeat until Q calls time.

Free Fall (whereabouts unknown for the last couple years) has returned to Metro and is getting his work in.  He was pushing the pace all morning, did the takeout & also named our FNG.  Welcome Tim Bookout – mortgage guru, now known as 2008.  Neighbor to Chairthrower & friend to many, we finally wore him down to the point of posting.  Tclaps for pushing through it this morning & hope to see you out again.

Announcements:

Sunday night the Phoenix site Q tweeted that all the pax who post here are friends.  YHC, for one, cannot echo this sentiment as I loathe most of those in attendance this morning.
