Chicago is 10 days away and it’s my last Sweet Six Q of the month #giddy

The Thang: Sweet 6 Regular Route (6.3 miles)

Optional workout – 1 mile warm -up, 1.5 miles at tempo pace, 0.5 miles at 10k pace, 1.5 miles at tempo pace, 1.5 cool down. Goal here is to see how relaxed you can run at tempo and change pace.
