Not Quite in Game Shape

I got the nod from Aquafresh due to Titan  being on the DL and jumped at the opportunity to q governator

The thang:

Warm-up lap around church parking lot

Jog to basketball court in Carmel Park

Then it was time for a  high school basketball work-out flashback:

Sprinting 16 widths of the court in 60 seconds.

Needless to say, I’m not nearly as fast as I was in high school (quite honestly I’m not sure I was ever that fast)

Anyway our first attempt at 16 laps took one minute and 27 seconds

Followed by One minute elbow planking

Then 14 widths in a minute 15

Followed by One minute elbow planking

Then 12 widths in 57 seconds

Followed by One minute elbow planking

Then 10 widths

Followed by One minute elbow planking

Then 8 widths

We then jogged to the picnic tables for Tabata

Right leg Step ups

Left leg step up

Derkins

Dips

Rinse and repeat

Then we moseyed down to Thornridge for grinders  up the hill with murkins and squats.

Then down to Broad Hollow for “5’s” up the hill with diamonds and wide arms

finally mosey back to Carmel park and finish with 10 burpees
