18 at Sparta posted under what Slice called the Harvest moon. After an unplanned stop to wait for some stragglers we completed the following:
Up McDonald Ave, left on Magnolia, right on Lyndhurst, to corner of McDonald Ave with 9 stops along the way for 10 diamond merkins. Lbc’s to collect the six.
4 corners laps:
Round 1 – 25 merkins then run Lyndhurst to Tremont for 20 squats/Tremont to Euclid then 20 knee ups/Euclid to McDonald then 10 burpees/McDonald to Lyndhurst. Flutters to collect the six.
Round 2 – same exercises as above but expand the route to Worthington and backwards run up the hills between Tremont/Worthington and Tremont/McDonald. Boone lbc’s to collect the six.
Round 3 – same exercises as above but expand the route to East Blvd, repeat backwards runs up the hills between Tremont/Worthington and Tremont/McDonald. Oblique crunches, heels to heaven & russian twists to collect the six.
Back down McDonald to the bottom of the Sedgefield hill (yes, “our hill”) with 8 stops along the way for 10 diamond merkins.
Grab a coupon, 10 overhead presses then 10 goblet squats. Repeat until Slice suggests he’s had enough of this BS.
25 merkins then backwards run up the hill to the school. 20 dips IC then to the parking lot for 5 burpees and into COT.
RedFoxx was especially fast today and out front on everything. Unclear if it was the bumps he did this morning or the MAF training he’s been doing, but tclaps on the speed out there. Skyline strong out there – he’s pretty fast for a man of 46 1/2. Tclaps despite the fact that he refused to use a coupon on the presses/squats. Good to have Starbuck with us.
