Fun Town

Damn animals out there this am, good shit fellas.

Here is what you missed:

We ran a bit, 7.03 miles – strava nerds can confirm.  Mile plus warm up.  Hill work at Arcadia (5x up).  Mosey down Hillside.  Hill work at Hillside/Park Road (3x up. 2x backwards).  MAF to Brandywine.  Brandywine Suicide.  Scenic route back to home base.  Find Neal’s shirt.  Lock Shields.  Note: inspirational pace for today’s festivities was inspired by Ballzy.

Not much to report on besides this shit weather.  Neal takes MVP honors with his post today, knew his other two stooges would choose the no-show cholo WIB.  Proud of you old timer.

Subway, please just send payment via my paypal #packagedeal

  • Marine Corps Marathon – Nash and Owen are going to crush this thing.  Still time to donate to MDA to support their effort.

I woulda been there but am in NYC doing a little 17 mile LSD cause for some stupid reason I signed up for Marine Corp a few weeks ago so I could go support Nash in person and fill his and Owen’s bucket.

Swamp, not sure why you guys do that workout each week. Really sucked. Thx for the encouragement. I’ll be back. Next year.

Nice post by STH after taking out that concrete trash can yesterday.

I was too O2-deprived to make a plug in COT for this Saturday’s Speed for Need race, before Hillary launched into his shirtless prayer. Anyways, please sign up to join us in pushing Jackson, Devon, Rich and Mason around the Hopebuilders 5K course. Whether you’re an avid official race-runner, or someone who eschews paid events them for whatever reason, please consider donning a bib in support of these amazing kids. It’s well worth your $28 and 25 minutes.

Sign-up info, including the Freeloader $2 discount, is in the “Community Impact” section of this here web site.
