Deertick sent out the message this week and I answered call to be Q.
We started off in front of the building at 9:00 and did several exercises (SSHs, Mountain Climbers, IWs, Windmills, Peter Parkers, Parker Peters, Merkins, Squats, Dry-docks, etc.) until about 9:15.
From there, we mosied to the tunnel under the RR for people’s chair with air presses and balls to the wall toe taps, modify as necessary. Next, to the railing for pull-ups and incline merkins. Then to the stadium for and over to the planters for step ups and sit ups.
From there, we partnered up and did a bunch of exercises as follows: Partner 1 does the exercise, Partner 2 runs across the deck and back, then swap. Running distance was about 1/3 of the width of the deck or maybe 40 yards in total. After the last partner 2 finished, we called the next exercise.
Back to the stadium and then the tunnel with a little bear crawl to allow everyone to catch up. At the tunnel, people’s chair the air presses. To the concrete bridge, crab walk across. On the other side, SSH, windmills and then to the parking lot on Cedar til everyone gathered. We had 2 minutes left. AYG to the COT after insuring that the street was safe to cross.
Countdown brought us cold water.

Extended prayer, all or almost all had something to say.
