There were horses and a man on fire and I killed a guy with a trident

19 men arrived at the lot despite prior notice that YHC had the Q.  At 5:30:02 RedFoxx yelled at me for being behind schedule so we took off into the gloom.

The Thang

Mosey to the bottom of the Stairway to Heaven with 5 stops along the way for 5 burpees OYO.

20 derkins off the wall then up the stairs and around to the railings at the back of the museum for 20 outboard supines, then back down the stairs.  Rinse and repeat for a total of 10 rounds, dropping the rep count on the derkins/supines by 2 each round.

Mary in the parking lot to wait…and wait…and wait on the six – lbc’s, oblique crunches, russian twists, knee ups IC.

To the top of the Lurker with stops for 5 diamond merkins at the bottom, 10 at the 1st speedbump, 15 at the 2nd speedbump & 20 at the top.  Straight back down to the bottom.  Mary to wait on the six – boone lbc’s IC.

Down to the Owl bars for some circuit work – 12 pullups/24 dips/36 lbc’s then 10 pullups/20 dips/30 lbc’s then 8 pullups/16 dips/24 lbc’s then 8 pullups/16 dips/24 lbc’s.

Slow mosey out to the dumpster then backwards run to the stop sign.  Take it to the lot with 10 merkins at the stop sign, 2 speed bumps & East BLVD.

10 burpees in the gravel lot to close it out.

NMM:

First time posting with Shark, Mailman & 88 – good to see some new blood at Bandit.  Also good to see Chopper and Myagi back in action.  RedFoxx out front on the stairs with Curly and Dib giving chase.  Tclaps to all 3 on the very impressive work. Paula, Teaser & Chairthrower pushing hard as well.  As usual, Doogie saved his best work for the Lurker.  The pax had no trouble counting down from 20 to 2 reps on the derkins/supines but the multiples at the Owl bars were beyond comprehension for some #ABeautifulMind.  Curly owned the backwards run to the stop sign, holding off a late push by Dib.  A little brisk out there this morning. Chairthrower arrived wearing a winter hat & fleece pullover but for some reason left shirtless.  Thanks to Dib for a great takeout and to RedFoxx for the keys.

Been meaning to talk to you about that. You should find yourself a safe house and lay low for a while because you’re probably wanted for murder.
