6 x 1200 meters at Speed Pace (slightly faster than 5k pace), 3 minute recovery jog between each rep.
We’ll do this one off-campus. A little more total distance for repeats than we’re used to but the 3 minutes recovery should give us plenty of recovery time to keep hitting the target lap times. This workout is supposed to mimic the “end of race” feeling for the last 2 or 3 repeats. Kind of a speed / toughness day.
