Recipe for all you Turkeys

The Turkey Thang: 

To prepare these Turkeys for the feast we need to tenderize them with a good beat down. No one wants a tough turkey!

We start by stretching the bird, but NOT choking the chicken.

  • Add SSH 15 in Cadence
  • Several Cups of Sharon Towers 15 in Cadence
  • A dash of Burpees 10 – OYO for added color

We turned up heat with a Mosey down Radcliffe to Queens and East Blvd.

From East Blvd to Freedom Park entrance

  • Added a dash of Burpees 10 – OYO
  • Add a sprig of Lunges 10 in Cadence

Continued up East Blvd to Cumberland, then down to Lynway for some special ingredients.

  • a 1/4 cup of I.W. 10 in Cadence
  • 1/2 cup of Merkins 10 in Cadence

Mosey down Cumberland to Lilac

  • Season lightly with Plank Jacks 10 in Cadence
  • Generous helping of Squats 10 in Cadence

To increase the flavor of our Turkeys, by adding some Cayenne pepper

To do this you need to sprint up the Larker (Lilac) and mosey onto Forest Park , this way the meat can radiate the heat.

We gathered the Turkeys into the corral (Baseball field Parking Lot off of Princeton)

  • Again you need to tenderize the meat with 20 burpees – OYO

Mosey down Princeton to the entrance of Freedom Park, then again put more flavoring onto the bird by Sprinting up Princeton across Queens Road West.

  • Add a sprig of Lunges 10 in Cadence
  • a 1/4 cup of I.W. 10 in Cadence

Let the turkey absorb the extra flavor as we mosey down Queens Road West to Wellesely

  • 1/2 cup of Merkins 10 in Cadence
  • Season lightly with Plank Jacks 10 in Cadence

Then back for COT for a generous helping of Squats 10 in Cadence

Eminem took us out.
