Blimps at the Disco

A very strong 21 PAX found their best bell bottom suits and headed to the Autobell Disco. Who knew that Autobell played music 24 hours in their parking lot. The PAX that were old enough to remember got their morning started with the Hustle.

COP with SSH, IW, Merkins, LBCs, Burpees, and Squats. Next partner up for Blimps!

Partner 1 runs a lap around the block while Partner 2 performs as many as possible of an exercise. Flapjack and then move on to the next exercise. The PAX did the following exercises:

Burpees; Lunges; Imperial Walkers; Merkins; Plankjacks; Squats

A lot of the PAX were really pushing it this morning Happy set a blistering pace on a couple of the Laps around the block as were Monet, and FNG Trophy looked like he could be ready to lead the way in a short amount of time.

Next mosey (a little mumble chatter that we have already been doing that for 20 min) down the road to the rock pile for some work on the beach muscles. Pick a rock for a good as you want to look. 20 reps in cadence of Curls, Overhead Press; Tricep Extensions; and Squats.

Next cross the street to the U-Haul for some Mary. Heels to Heaven; Flutter; Dolly; Rosalita; Freddy Mercury.

Strong work by the PAX today. It was a humbling experience to be able to lead this group. Thank you to Slaughter, Pipeline; and all of the other leaders of this workout.  It is amazing.
