The Thang:

Mosey to Town and Country Drive – SSH & Mountain Climbers for warm-up.

Hill & valley repeats (down the valley and up the hill).  Round 1: 5 Burpees  at bottom & top. Round 2: 10 Burpees. Round 3: 15 jump squats. Round 4: 20 Burpees.  Add some Mary in between rounds.

Mosey back to Carmel Park (not done yet) and on to Church.

Dipps, Derkins, LBCs, etc.

One lap around church with 10 jump squats at 4 stops.

Peoples chair with 50 shoulder presses

Lung walk and all you got across the parking lot + Freddie Mercury’s

back to parking lot for 10 burpees and Mountain climbers.

Wrap up: 

FNG – welcome Rob (now Brady Bunch)!  has something to do with architecture…
