So in total, we knocked out some burn in major muscle groups, plus 18 lengths of hairburners with the cinder blocks.

YHC meant to bring chalk and write instructions, but the chalk didn’t make it out of the garage. As such the pax and YHC had to keep track of instructions, which worked out surprisingly well.

The idea here was to focus on major groups (Legs, Tri, Bi, Lat, Shoulders) with interval bursts in between. The cinder block hair burners were the special guest star, and man — they sucked. A lot. YHC was definitely thinking that it looked better on paper about halfway through those damned things. While I think the cinder blocks are a little better than using 45lb plates (CBs weigh about 35, and are a few inches higher off the ground), I definitely started experiencing some serious LBQ about halfway through.

Spreadsheets:

+ Boomer as usual made it look easy. He never seems tired, and always has excellent posture. YHC never sees him in the daytime, and because of his freakish stamina, YHC continues to think he’s a vampire. Or, he might be Heisenberg from Breaking Bad.

+ Rev as usual was there with obscure 90s pop culture references and witty quips.

+ Welcome to FNG Ricola, who is a former tank driver — we need to make sure we introduce you to HE!

+ Don’t forget the Core 12 days of Christmas!

+ Excellent take out by Rev.

Thanks for the opportunity to Q!
