Mosey into Freedom park to Berumda’s surprise
Owl bait bars 10 pull ups, 20 merkins, 30 LBC – run to base of luker 10 burpees x3
Partner run up Luker – Partner 1 run backwards, Partner 2 10 xfit merkins and chase – switch
Down to second speed bump on luker and back up
Head home Princeton to Park to McDonald- stopping for 40 merkins (stop sign) and 50 LBCs (base of lot) on the way
Good group this morning. Bermuda made his return and quickly was taken out by one of those tricky speed bumps. Apparently he didn’t pass concussion protocol before continuing because he didn’t realize we crossed Park Rd shortly after his spill. So after hitting Lilac and heading the back way into Freedom he was completely turned around and had no idea how we got to Freedom.
They are expanding the power pant between Scott and Kenilworth and residents aren’t happy.
Pate has a new warmup routine that includes getting up at 1 am and running to Sedgefield Middle and then running home and going back to bed until 5. He was surprised that no one else was out for his warmup. Please reach out to him if you would like to join in.
