Skin –

Good group this morning.  Bermuda made his return and quickly was taken out by one of those tricky speed bumps.  Apparently he didn’t pass concussion protocol  before continuing because he didn’t realize we crossed Park Rd shortly after his spill.  So after hitting Lilac and heading the back way into Freedom he was completely turned around and had no idea how we got to Freedom.

They are expanding the power pant between Scott and Kenilworth and residents aren’t happy.

Pate has a new warmup routine that includes getting up at 1 am and running to Sedgefield Middle and then running home and going back to bed until 5.  He was surprised that no one else was out for his warmup.  Please reach out to him if you would like to join in.

Bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate at any upcoming workout.  Cut off is 12/22.

F3 Luncheon Thursday 12/21 at Charlotte Country Club…still some spots left

Bermuda tripped over a speed bump and tumbled.

Slice ran backwards into someone’s front yard and spilled.

2008 backwards ran into Chopper doing Merkins and feel like a sack of potatoes right on top of him.

Sparta can be a hazardous AO. Good thing all the extra layers provided protection and no know was injured physically, just emotionally.

Solid Q Santa Maria! Heavy dose of backwards, uphill running in the dark, which is always dicey. I thought we were on Floral Ave, but whatever road it was, that nasty curve in the road got the best of Slice. Good thing the yard was well manicured. Between the uphill backwards running and the jumping lunges, I expect to be quite sore in the a.m. Doobie and I were discussing how nice it was to actually do some pull-ups for a change. No really, we were. They have been not been featured in many workouts over the past week or so. Well played!

You are right – corner is Floral and Clayton (not Lilac). Either way Bermuda thought I found a new park for a minute before realizing it was Freedom.
