Mosey to the end where the music is playing. Going to stack it up like 12 days of Christmas with a Red Tornado mosey and burpees as an extra gift. Here we go.
1 minute plank. Mosey to end of lot, 1 burpee and return.
2 renegade rows r/l, 1 minute plank. Mosey to end of lot, 2 burpee and return.
3 power to people r/l, 2 renegade rows r/l, 1 minute plank. Mosey to end of lot, 3 burpee and return.
4 KB lunge r/l, 3 power to people r/l, 2 renegade rows r/l, 1 minute plank. Mosey to end of lot, 4 burpee and return.
and we kept adding the following:
5 hammer curls (sung loudly by YHC).
6 tricep extensions
7 lawnmowers r/l
8 KB squat
9 KB press r/l
10 russian twist
12 KB swings r/l. After we counted down all the exercises and were ready to do the 1 minute plank 88 suggested that we start on one end and count to 60 with each next member increasing the count by 1 until we got to 60 and then we could finish with our 12 burpees. This counting proved to be the nemesis for the Meltdown pax. Very taxing.
Time expired as we pushed thru the last burpee.
Circled up for COT and Meatball took us out with a blessing and prayer for all.
Seemed to be a good one this am. Motley said he didn’t know he could sweat that much in December.
Bandit and RM out front all day. Rev was pacing himself and missed a few minutes of planking. Next time.
Still a few days to donate to worthy causes at Core workout on Friday and Saturday. Bring an FNG to Core. Rev says it will be awesome.
BTW, Hoe Down is working on a formula to figure total reps completed. Don’t wait up for answer!!
