17 feels like 11 at 8@8

Bros,

This is probably dumb; however, tomorrow’s 8@8 will include a 4 mile extra credit if I survive the first 8. It will be the first edition of the #workweeklongrun option now available at 8@8. Personally it will be to make more time on the weekend for family. Join if interested. Below is our route for the 6 and 8. If the extra 4 happen this week, I’ll be leading it at integrity pace.

First 2 – Up providence towards uptown, left on queens, another left on queens back to goldman (Then turn around)

The 6 – Back down queens that turns in to morehead all the way to tryon, left on tryon then bear right to stay on tryon, left on west that turns in to east all the way across kings and up sherwood to queens, left on queens back to goldman

The 4 – Come and see if we are still alive 😉
