The Thang:

  • Mosey to Harper Valley for COP
    • SSH x 20
    • Merkins x 10
    • LBC x 10
    • Squats x 10
  • Head over to the Hill for Jacobs Ladder
  • Lunge walk, backwards run, karaoke, and a 10 count for good measure
  • Up to Harper Valley for figure-8 and grab a partner
    • Partner 1 backwards up new parking lot and back down regular while Partner 2 makes the HP loop
    • Meet for 10 handshake merkins and flip-flop
    • Repeato x 3
  • Harper Valley COP cadence work
    • Bobbing Jump Squat x 10
    • Carolina Dry Dock x 10
    • LBC x 40 (there it is)
  • Split up with partner on each side of Harper Valley
    • Partner 1 AYG to Partner 2
    • Partner 2 back and forth across lot while Partner 1 squats – flip flop & repeat x 3
    • Same with backwards run to end of lot repeat x 2
  • Make a way to Sen Ramos for pump fake clock management
    • Imperial Walker x 4
    • 4 min left – 10 burpees a min
  • COT

 

Naked Moleskin:

  • Special thanks for the soundtrack to Sweeper Boy to cut the tension on a potentially stressful executive workout executive review morning.  COP was short but with the arrival of Spring, no need to turn a warmup into wa workout.  Mumble chatter at a high this morning with HitMan and other Gamucci Cotters in attendance fell victim to an early call Jacob’s Ladder, ramped back up in time for YHC’s experimental bobbing jump squat, and peaked for a pump fake trip to Sen Ramos.  Solid work by all in attendance today pushing the pace
  • Bell curve has been moving in recent weeks – apparently word is out Gamucci is, as it has been, THE Wed. AO for those of distinguishing taste
