11 men fought through a mild rain to get better this morning. It went something like this:
left out of lot, left onto Kings and long mosey to Edgehill park. Partner up at the playground.
Lap 1 – 10 pullups each then head in different directions for a lap around the park. Meet at far end for 20 partner derkins then complete the lap.
Lap 2 – same as above but 20 partner derkins and 20 partner assisted situps at far end.
Lap 3 – same as above but 20 partner derkins, 20 partner situps and 10 burpees at the far end.
20 russian twists IC to collect the six.

The conditions this morning were far better than anticipated and in stark contrast to what will no doubt be a treacherous gloom tomorrow. Curly was the speed today & was way out front on the Edgehill loops. Also tclaps to him for introducing Edgehill to the Freedom park off-campus repertoire – it’s a solid addition to the AO. Good to have L10 back with the pax. We covered 3.75 miles and did a bunch of merkins, abs and pullups – not bad for what was supposed to be a slopfest. Somehow Mariah got 4.1 miles but YHC is pretty sure he uses the “Skyline” setting on his new Apple watch so those metrics are dubious at best. Sheep disappointed squats weren’t on the menu. Thanks to 88 for the strong takeout – something, something, something “be a better person”.
Our site Q Redd Foxx is laid up with an upper respiratory infection. Get yourself better and thanks for the keys today. Always an honor to lead this group. Be safe out there.
