5 Strong&Fast for this weeks edition of Copperhead Moanday. Here’s what we did:
Run around the parking lot with some high knees and butt kickers
Circle up for COP
Runner’s stretch – both sides
and we’re off.
Last week @graydyer took us into Eastover. This we go the opposite direction, towards Billingsville.
1 Partner runs around the school one way, the other goes the opposite way and meets him for 10 durcans and 10 mercans.
Next set, 20 squats when you meet…then back.

Over to the playground for 10 Bulgarian Squats, 10 Burpees, Flapjack the Bulgarian Squats
To the backside of the school for a round of Jack Webb
Then wall sits while everyone takes a turn doing 5 Burpees.
Run back to the parking lot, fall down on Sam Drenan but no harm no foul. Stupid tree roots growing under the street.
1 minute of side lunges to end it.
Whim with the take out.
