YHC made the mistake of reading Lee’s epic tome on the super secret site Q convergence the day before this workout. It should be required reading for anyone that goes to an F3 workout. It was a mistake for me as I was all over the place with calling the exercises. Definitely not my best leadership, but there was a lesson for me in that. Being more decisive and confident in your directions is a key to getting others to follow your plan (even if you aren’t exactly sure what you are talking about). YHC was lacking in the decisive and confident department during the workout as I was all in my head about proper protocol for calling out exercises. Prepare in advance by knowing the protocol so that you can confidently lead during the workout. Anyway, enough of the self reflection.

Hillary was on fire this morning. I love when the Real Deal shows up for a workout. The mumble chatter was strong, pushing me to be a better leader. It was great hearing KC’s voice down on the other end of the line. Always asking for more sprints. I love it. Awesome work with the Chimbote trip KC. Very inspiring.

The tennis courts are one of my favorite AOs. I don’t think we sprint enough. We need to move fast sometimes (fast is a relative term for each of us of course). Narc was leading the way early on, but it seemed like he woke up the competitive juices. Uncle was showing some speed out there as were Lee and Curly. Foreclosure was keeping pace as well.

Bells and sprints on Fridays. Good times.
