The Escalator

Here’s what we did:
 A WIB classic, the escalator:
Run to the play ground for 1 pull-up, 2 push-ups, and 3 LBCs. Then  2 pull-ups, 4 push-ups, and 6 LBCs. 3, 6, 9…
Once you get done with 5 rounds, do a lap around the parking lot. Once you get done with 11 rounds, run up the lurker. Back to 5 rounds, run into the park and up the stairs. Once you finish the last round, head up the lurker then back home.
Monkey Feet would have been proud with all of the upper body work we did today. Maybe one day we’ll also stop going to f3 so we can just lift weights at the Y everyday. Too bad we still wouldn’t be as jacked as him tho-I see him on Monday and Wednesday’s and his muscles look incredible for those of you who care to know.
Stat, Kirk and I held down the rear today while everyone else cheated. We weren’t really trying either. Perhaps next time…
