8@8 is returning to its roots … an 8 minute pace for 8 miles (in what will likely feel like an early morning in July).
We’re reversing a route we ran a few weeks ago, mainly because it’s simple, yet effective. Four turns. No six mile option.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Out of the lot, down Selwyn, just before Queens University,
- Veer LEFT onto Sharon Rd.
- Take Sharon all the way to SouthPark, pass the mall
- RIGHT on Fairview
- RIGHT on Park
- RIGHT on Selwyn, and take it all the way back to the lot.
