8@8 Pre-blast: 4 Turns

8@8 is returning to its roots … an 8 minute pace for 8 miles (in what will likely feel like an early morning in July).

We’re reversing a route we ran a few weeks ago, mainly because it’s simple, yet effective. Four turns. No six mile option.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • Out of the lot, down Selwyn, just before Queens University,
  • Veer LEFT onto Sharon Rd.
  • Take Sharon all the way to SouthPark, pass the mall
  • RIGHT on Fairview
  • RIGHT on Park
  • RIGHT on Selwyn, and take it all the way back to the lot.
