As best I can tell, all of the Young Guns backblasts are lost forever. Wow, that’s a lot of time wasted writing backblasts. I guess most things are ephemeral in the grand scheme, though.
Anyway, we’ll do our best to recreate a YG workout tomorrow, but it will probably be a shitshow, which is about right for YG workout, now that I think about it. Here’s what we’ll do:
- Partner up
- Run to the bridge connecting Harding Place to the Greenway
- Partner 1 runs up Harding Place, 10 merkins, 10 sumo jump squats, 10 Russian Twists at the top
- Partner 2 runs to the big fountain, bear crawl around the fountain, head back to the bridge
- LBCs until your partner arrives
