Over the last several weeks, something strange has been happening at this workout – people have actually been running 8 miles at an 8-minute pace. Sure, sometimes the jokes can be a little too dirty-old-man-ish, and sometimes Subway shows up, but other than that, there’s been pretty good fellowship. So, if you want to run 8 miles at an 8-minute pace, this is for you. If not, this is not for you.
