Stop #1: 10 merkins; #2: 15 squats, 10 merkins; #3 20 MCs, 15 squat, 10 merkin; #4 25 plank jack, 20 MCs, 15 squat, 10 merkin. A little mary at Harris Teeter, then repeat on the way home with decreasing exercises.
