S6 PB: Did I Stutter?

Regular route this week.

Optional tempo:  1mi warm and cool.  Do the 4ish between at your tempo pace.  That’s roughly 30-40sec slower than 5K pace or 15-20sec slower than 10K.  Should feel comfortably hard (queue Michael Scott).  And make sure you carbo load.


Administrative details:

5:15AM, 8:45 – 9:30 pace

5:20AM, 8 – 8:45 pace

5:25AM, 7:15 – 8 pace

5:30AM, 7:15 or faster
