Splinter, the non-runner runner workout. We’re not runners but we run. We don’t really like to run, but we run.
Today’s option allowed for 3.2 miles or 3.8 miles.
Here’s where the non-runners ran.
Run toward Wellesley, take a right, cross Queens down to Sterling. Plank.
Run to Nature Museum, cross bridge to Freedom Park. Option: 3 or 4 laps, then gather back at 6:05 to head back home.
Run to Museum entrance at Sterling. The down Sterling to Wellesley. AYG up to Maryland, then back home.
