5 Strong&Fast for today’s edition of Copperhead Moanday.  And when I say fast, it was really really ridiculously fast.

Here’s what you missed:

Run around the parking, give Chopsaw, Cutthroat, ReStore, SpruceGoose, Santini, Krypto, Cigarette, and Cutlass a chance to come in hot on 2 wheels.

Circle it up for

30 SSH IC

20 Copperhead Squats IC

10 Mercans IC

Well, I guess Chopsaw, Cutthroat, ReStore, SpruceGoose, Santini, Krypto, Cigarette, and Cutlass are no shows for today’s edition.  So off we go.

Run to N Dotger Ave circle up on the bridge by Martha Washington

Run up to Vail at 85%, SSH while we wait for 6

Recover back down

Rinse and repeat 2 more times for a total of 3

On 4, turn right and continue up Vail Ave to the stop light

A few MonkeyHumpers and LBC’s to let us catch our breaths after that long slow burn.

Next, we do the same thing but in reverse going down the hill.

After lap 4, circle up at the bottom by the creek for a bit of Mary.

Head back to the Mint for last minute Dollies, LBC’s, and Rosalita’s.

Mokeskin: Haven’t seen Chopsaw, Cutthroat, ReStore, SpruceGoose, Santini, Krypto, Cigarette, and Cutlass in awhile.  Your mother’s and I are worried sick about you.  That’s too much fartsacking! Shout out to Egypt and F3SlimFast for the inspiration for today’s workout.  The way to the top of the hill was supposed to be 85%, Dry-Rub and Stat were there well in advance of the rest of the 3 of us.  I’d hate to see their 100%.  Good to see GAAP, he’s amazingly fast especially going downhill #gravitysonhisside.  Looking forward to a Q or 2 from him come summer!  Chelms on Q for next week (YHC better send a twitter reminder), but possibly Sparty on Substa-Q the following week.
