Mosey round corner 1&2 start 15 Dips, 3&4 start 15 Derkins, 5&6 start 15 Jump Ups. Hit all 3 stations for 3 Rounds

Mosey to curb in front of AG. 1-3 on one side 4-6 on other.

IC Mike Tyson x 10, Plank, Peter Parker x 10 , Inch Worm to Other Side, Plank, Mountain Climber x 10 , Plank, Parker Peter x 10.

Mosey to football field. Beast with 6 stations. Goal line on each end and 50 yard line on both sides of football field. 1-6. BLIMPS as you go around. First round do 6 reps each, next two rounds do 5-10-15-20-25-30.

Mosey back to rails for 3 sets of 10 Inboards, 10 Incline Merkins and 10 Reverse Crunch.

Mosey back to bus lot for Mary IC. LBCs, Flutter, Protractor and Plank Stretch.

Bridge Run crew was well represented this am by Carrier, Kieffer, Van Winkle, Rev, DRM and host Money.

YHC enjoyed being back in the middle this am. Need to push DRM to do it more often.
