YHC is a half-breed – Half Metro and Half Area 51 although I started in Metro (it’s all we had back then) and immigrated to Area 51 (workouts closer to my house except Governator and Cindy says that’s not a workout). Day-Z headlocked me to Q Copperhead (I like the 6am start if only it were closer to my house) and thus my first trip to Coppperhead was to Q. Sump asked if Area 51 would miss me but I think it’s more like they want to deport me. Ten strong posted for the deportation hearing (3 or 4 got in a pre-run) and this is the case for my deportation.
Warm up – 1 burpee, 10 squats, 2 burpees, 10 merkins, 3 burpees, 10 diamond merkins, 4 burpees, 10 mountain climbers, 5 burpees
Mosey across the bridge on Randolph (going south toward the “border”) and stop at the rock pile on other side to grab a “medium” sized rock. Mosey down to one of the office buildings for start of some circuit work.
Round 1 – 5 curls, 5, push presses, 5 lateral extensions and then run around the building sans rock. Repeat two more times going up ladder with 10, 15, and 20 of the rock exercises after each run. Plank for the six
Round 2 – 10 flutters and then run around the building with your rock. Repeat two more times doing 10 dollies, run with rock, 10 Rosalita’s, run with rock and 10 American Hammers. Plank for the six
Round 3 – Rock exercises in opposite order (20, 15, 10, 5) with backward run down first straightaway and karaoke on backside of building during each run. Finish with some mary waiting on the six.
Run back to the museum, dropping off the rock on the way. Walk the hand rails up to the museum and then back down before heading over to the wall. Three circuits of step ups, dips and decline merkins on the wall (10, 15, 20).
Mosey over to middle of field and pick a spot with no pooh (YHC forgot about the daytime use for this field). We did a few minutes of Mary and then Burpees until time ran out.
Great group out this am with no complaining and no hassling of the Q. Guess the PAX was trying to figure out my immigration status or wondering if I was a Narc since most had never met me. Running with Rocks is great way to raise the heart rate and help you sleep at night (or at your desk during lunch). Sump, Whim, Bayside, and Day Z (I think I got the list right) got is a good run up to Wendover and back for extra credit. Strong work for Monday morning. Had not posted with Level 10 since we ran four legs together at the BRR 2 years ago so good seeing you – hope the back heals quickly although didn’t appear to slow you down this am.
Enjoy posting at the Museum but it’s a tad far for me to drive here regularly so once a quarter or so is good (usually on Saturday morning).

F3 has partnered with The First Tee to bring their program to AG Middle School to use golf as a way to teach nine positive values to young kids. Let me know if interested in getting involved. Eventually, I would like to roll this out to other schools/locations.
