We started off with a discussion of the Boston Marathon. The woman who came in second is a nurse who trains after work. Pretty impressive! We were less ambitious today.

 

Started off with a jog around the ferryboat (high knees, backwards run over the traffic bump, karaoke, butt-kickers) and then a jog to near the stadium.

Partner Jacob’s ladder to 7 burpees: Partner 1 runs to the top of the stadium, does one Burpee while Partner 2 does a called exercise, Then Partner 2 runs to the top of the stadium, does one Burpee while Partner 1 does the called exercise.

Next, to the football field:

Bear crawl to the 10, crab to the 20, bear to the 30, crab to the 40, backwards run to the goal

Repeat with: Broad jump and lunge walk

Repeat with: Burpee broad jump and bear crawl

 

To the wall for 11s with angry donkeys

10 Donkey kicks, 1 people’s chair air press; 9 DKs and 2 PCAP, etc.

 

Back to the field for belly touch on the 10s (10, 20, 30 etc yard lines) to the other goal line.

Repeat back to the start

 

To the driveway for AYG run to the parking lot

Discussion about seeing if we can get a convergence with Atlas since we have a really great AO.
