We have expanded our use of the PDS campus. Started out with the usual warmup:
Then headed for the playground at Extended Day.
11s with Pullups and Sit ups
Next, headed to the Stadium for:
Balls to the wall hip slaps
Balls to the wall toe taps
Then, to the far end of the stadium with the stair way for Partner Jacob’s ladder:
Partner 1 runs to the top and does 1 burpee while Partner 2 does an ab exercise. Up 7 burpees.
Time’s up. I was surprised that the Jacob’s Ladder and the 11s pretty much took up all the time.
