SO, we did the hurt locker at Core. I was kinda spent. Who am I kidding, I was completely spent. So, why not continue with what we had been doing? And so, we circled up for THE STANDARD, then grabbed some bricks and got down to it. Mosey to the bottom of the hill and get small rocks for those that didnt’ get bricks ( note to self: crowd is growing, bring more bricks next time). circle up for more called exrcises– fly like an eagle, Frankenstein, baby arm circles forward and backward, SSH, Merkins with brick hip slkappers thrown in. Repeato.
Mosey to the parking lot for partner work with bricks/rocks. one runs across the lot, one does called exercise.
Return rocks, let bricks sit for a moment. head to soccer field for 11’s of way backs and dying cockroach.
Indian run to get bricks, then mosey home.
