Lap warm up (most were already warm)
Timed Mile (lots of fun) followed by lap cool down
Four 400 repeats with 200 recovered
Timed Mile (not as much fun) cool down

Thank you all for the opportunity to lead from behind. SIBling is a sneaky tough workout especially when you do 2 Timed Miles.
The idea was to run the first timed mile at race pace. The goal was then to maintain the 400s at the same pace and finished with the Second Timed mile to maintain consistent pace. Not easy and the Q failed on the second time mile because of the title of the post.
YHC was two days out from the flu today and would have preferred to fartsack. During the second timed mile, I was trying to make sure I was not fooled by a fart as I recovered from the flu over the week. am not sure if I was successful.
Some were faster than others, but everyone gave their best. I loved how everyone roots on the others to do their best at all F3 AOs but especially SIBling rivalry.
