Cadence was pure…

23 of Black Widow’s finest showed up at Charlotte’s most painful parking lot to experience their weekly Tuesday workout.

5:15am EC was a little quiet.  Forget to send the preblast to run in place for 15 minutes until the rest of the PAX arrives.

5:30am – Go time

Down the Montclair hill – group up – back up the hill Q called 50% which was supposed to mean to 50% of all you got not 50% of a mosey.

Run up to Westbury down to Providence back to the new church pavement.  Smooth.

COP – SSH, Merkins, IW, Plank, 50 LBC’s OYO

1,2,3 1,2,3 – could have made a new F3 video  based on the pureness of the cadence by the Q..  PAX was in awe – many fist bumps were given and requests for selfies was high.  See my agent for the next appearance.

Enough praise – run to St. Gabes

Partner up at the bottom parking lot.

Partner A runs the length of the parking lot.

Partner B does merkins

Again Cadence was pure.  Cameras were back out.  Sounds of ‘his cadence is so awesome’ were heard around the circle.  Q kept going and could have counted to at least 25 on the heels to heaven, but the weinke in the pocket said we had to partner back up for one lap around the block while partner b does lbcs – flapjack

Line up – all you got to the stop sign and mosey to COT

NMM

Not a lot of mumble chatter.  No hecklers out there today – missed Coach.  Half expected to see OBT jump out of a bush during COP.  #cadencecop

Good crew out there today.  Can’t remember when I did every exercise called at a workout and today was no different.  Refusenik after running the St Gabe’s hill.  Do some stretches, walk around like you’re looking for some level ground, tie your shoes until your partner returns – anything to catch your breath.

Speaking of partners.  I enjoyed seeing Spoons out in the gloom.  Friends since 7th grade.

Leading a workout is hard.  You work twice as hard and run twice as fast.  20+ waiting on you to tell them what to do and you are just trying to get through the workout so you can be back in 45 minutes.

Total mileage was a little over 3.25 miles.

Grizzly thank you for the sign up genius.  Looking forward to the Q again next year or maybe the year after.

1,2,3 1,2,3 1,2,3…
