Mosey to Sandlewood and Sam Drenan.   7s, Burpee up top, SSH at bottom.

Tree-pose while wait for the 6.   People’s (Air?) Chair

Mosey to RockPile:  Curls 12IC, Overhead Press 10IC, SkullCrusher 8IC.  Put Rock Down and rotate after each exercise.   2X

Indian Run to back of Mint Museum.   11s: Jump-ups and Dips  crossing grass from bench to bench.

Plank it up.

Mosey to stairs:  Calf raises 20IC; Squats: 10 IC; Calf raises 20IC.

AYG back to cars.    LBC 10IC.

1.   Tree Pose: surprisingly difficult.     Yoga in F3?  Totally acceptable as long as someone in Pax yells  “Namaste Bitches”
