Are Your Shoulders Sore?

12 PAX got their Tuesday started right at Fortitude in some near perfect summer weather.  Here’s what they did:

Run around to the back of the school, circle up for COP



Copperhead Squats X20


Run to the hill behind the school, run up the hill and stop at every other tree for:

5 Squats

5 Mercans

5 Monkey Humpers

Run the hill three times for these 3 exercises.  SSH at the top while waiting for the 6.

Move to the grassy area for “O God Why Me”, up to 6 and back down.

Playground for 5 good form Pull-Ups, 5 Bulgarian Squats, 15 Mercans.

Rinse&Repeat X3

Peoples Chair on the school wall, everyone takes a turn doing 5 burpees.

Run around the parking lot once more.

Always a pleasure to lead here, the fellowship is tremendous.  Hopefully no one will need to have to introduce themselves to new neighbors as sex offenders due to monkey humpers in front of one ladies house.  Thanks to Pipeline for the opportunity to lead.
