So we did three thing this am. We ran, we did BLIMPS and we sweated. That is about it.
Moseyed to the bottom of Wellesley on the other side of Maryland and Sterling.
Upon the word go the pax was to run up Wellesley to Queens Rd West, do a set of BLIMPS (5 Burpees, 10 Lunges ea, 15 IW, 20 Merkins, 25 Plankjacks and 30 Squats) and return to start.
Then run up to Selwyn, set of BLIMPS and return to start.
Then run up and over to Roswell, set of BLIMPS and return to start.
Slow guys hit the backroad to MPTS on last return trip.
Most got over 3 miles and 3 sets of BLIMPS.
So simple. Crowd pleaser.
