WIB: Sling Shot

Every time I’ve posted at WIB we have put up 5+ miles.  I guess that’s the new thing?  Right?  It is when you’re #YoungGuns.

 

Here’s the plan, let’s put up another 5+ mile day.

Head up East Blvd to Cumberland.

At Cumberland and East – 10 burpees

Head down Cumberland (towards the Lurker)

Duck into the park, head to the owl bars – 10 pull ups

Back to Cumberland (towards the Lurker)

Base of the Lurker – 20 merkins

Up the Lurker

Top of the Lurker – 20 squats

Down the lurker

Base of the Lurker – 20 merkins

Up Cumberland towards East

Duck into the park, head to the owl bars – 10 pull ups

Back to Cumberland, up to East.

That’s 1 lap, rinse and repeat (don’t forget the 10 burpees on East), goal is to get 3 completed.  6:10-6:12, pull the rip chord and head back to HQ.
