DIB has WIB tomorrow:
Run to the bottom of the lurker – get there however you want.
– 15 Russian twists at the bottom (single count)
– Run up the lurker with 5 hand release merkins at each speed bump
– 5 burpees at the top
– run to park road with 5 hand release merkins at each speed bump
-15 dolly’s & 15 flutters (single count)
– run back to the top of the lurker with 5 hand release merkins at each speed bump
-5 burpees at the top
-run down mega tool with 5 hand release merkins at each speed bump
– 50 LBC’s
– run back up mega tool with 5 hand release merkins at each speed bump
– 5 burpees at the top
– run down the lurker with 5 hand realease at the speed bumps
– repeat & be back to the parking lot by 6:15!
