North on the Greenway to the boulders just past Morehead – 25 each of derkins/dips/squats/lbcs. Continue North on Greenway, left over the bridge and to the base of Harding hill.
Up Harding, down to bottom of the far side then back to the starting point w/5 stops for increasing merkins (5/10/15/20/25) then over the bridge, left on Greenway to the fountain for 20 dips & then back to the base of Harding hill. Mary to wait on the six.
Repeat with squats. Mary to wait on the six.
Repeat with 5 burpees each stop along Harding. Mary to wait on the six.
Backwards run to the top of Harding. Straight down, over the bridge and to the boulders – 25 each of derkins/dips/squats/lbcs.
Take the Greenway back to the lot stopping at each of the 3 bridges for 5 burpees.
