Just a quiet, peaceful day

16 men chose Sparta…

Around the back of the school, over the wall, across the track & down to tramp stamp park.

Quick stop for instructions on the route: 10 pullups, then take Elmhurst all the way out to the Southside Charlotte Church parking lot, stopping for 5 diamond merkins at each cross street.  At the lot 10 burpees OR 25 jump squats then 50 lbcs.  Back to the park via Elmhurst, stopping again at each cross street for 5 diamonds.  Repeat X3.

Curly-led Mary at the gazebo until YHC catches up, then to the picnic tables for: 20 dips/5 derkins, 15 dips/10 derkins, 10 dips/10 derkins (yes, I f*cked up the pattern!), 5 dips/20 derkins.

Mosey out of the park and to the bottom of the Sedgefield hill.  15 knee ups, then 26 Rt/Lt Foxx oblique crunches.  Backwards run to the school, back down to the street, backwards up the hill to the lot for COT.

Announcements:  the Sparta workday tomorrow has been canceled & will be rescheduled for a later date.  Slice promises to be more engaged this go round.

Curly gets the gold star, & a coupon for 1 free PBR at Comet Grill, for crushing the church circuits.  Foxx, Nabisco, Bo and Slaughter also strong to very strong.  Slice copped to skipping the wall.  We’ll give him a pass this week. Discharge, whose whereabouts were unknown for a while there, is officially back on the grid.  Rumple claims he’d never been around the back of the school and had no idea there was an entire neighborhood back there.  Always good to have Slaughter in the pax.  Not sure why.  Thanks to Kit for taking us out.  Keep those affected by Florence in your thoughts & prayers.  Unfortunately it’s going to be a while before we know the full extent of the devastation.  Stay safe out there as she slowly approaches Charlotte.

Mr. Bo has reluctantly accepted the Q for next week.

A fine, fine Q Doobs. You always execute the plan to perfection. Agree about Slaughts, what a pleasure to have him out.
