No Q, No problem…

Cool crisp Halloween morning at PDS. As I hate to run, I showed up with my “revamped” eyeball and we did the following…

Q #1: Carrier
various SSH: normal, fast, slow, height challenged style
merkins
maybe something else…

Q #2: Rev
run to the stadium and do the following…
at each row of seats, mactare jye at each bleacher, go to the top.
at each row of seats, leg protractors at each bleacher, go to the top.

Q #3: Pigskin
forgot…?
11’s up the bleachers (dips and derkins)
run to the track…
balls to the wall, peoples chairs, etc…

Q #4: Willie
to the track…
5 burpees run to 50
5 burpees and 10 lbc’s run across the field
5 burpees, 10 lbc’s, 15 merkins run to end zone
5 burpees, 10 lbc’s, 15 merkins, 20 mt climbers
