14 dudes showed up this AM to be part of #Ranger. Here’s what we did:
Run from the parking lot to the bottom of the #Castle parking deck.
11s with burpees on the top deck and squats at the bottom. That’s 80 floors covered and @Chicken just pulled the covers over his head at #Promo
So that took about half an hour.
Run from the #Castle to the bottom of the #Lizzylurker when @Cindy #horsewhispered in my ear “backwards run to the hospital.” Sure. So, backwards run about a 1/2 mile to the hospital.
Back down to the bottom. 10x HR merkins at each crosswalk to Charlottetown. Times up. head back to the parking lot.
I literally wrote this workout out at about 5:00am this morning. I questioned whether the 11s at the deck would even be feasible, but when I showed up and saw @Ice9 making a #celebrityappearance, I knew we had to bring it, strictly out of fear that he may report back to #Cotswold that #Ranger has gone soft. We’re not soft @Bobby!
@Lee and @Cindy finished the deck workout out front and then @Lee led a rousing circus of Pilates while we waited on @Neal to get to the bottom and ask for a 10 count #TM.
@Thinslice showed up with one headlight out. Here’s a recipe – fix your dang car bro.
