Yep. It rained. We started off in front of the building (actually, in the driveway), for the usual exercises. Except I skipped the ‘lay on your back in the water’ abdominals. Just Merkins, Peter Parkers, etc. and SSHs, IWs, etc.
Next, we went to covered porches of the building on Hill and Cedar to get out of the rain. We need a name for this place so I’ll call it the Pig Palace in honor of me. Why not?
So at the Pig Palace’s Porches, we did a bunch of exercises including 11s with Bulgarian Split Squats and Rock Balboas and 11s with Merkins and Squats.
We also partnered up for a round trip on the upper and lower porches while the partner did 10 derkins and 10 squats, or 10 Mike Tysons and 10 Flutters.
Finally, we did some Mary before running back to the normal place by the gym for COT in the rain. Next week, the Charcoal should be dried out.
