Run down the Sugar Creek Greenway (Sugar Loops – get it) to the rock bench after you pass under Morehead St. .7 miles
Partner A run the loop (up the stairs to Morehead, to the Right, through the park on the corner – stay on path closest to the street), down to the bridge, across the bridge back to the Greenway, and back to your partner). It’s 1/3 of a mile.
Partner B do the following. 10 jump-ups, 20 derkins, 20 dips, 20 LBCs
At 6:09 head home.
